At Elite Trailer Center, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality trailers and exceptional service. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their trailer or eligible product.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in substantially the same condition as when received.
Be free from damage, modifications, or excessive wear.
Include all original documentation, accessories, and components.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Custom-built or special-order trailers.
Trailers modified or customized at the customer’s request.
Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.
Parts and accessories that have been installed or used.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the applicable return period and provide:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the trailer or product if applicable.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions regarding the return process if the return is approved.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Transportation
Unless the return is the result of a verified error on our part, customers are responsible for all return transportation, shipping, and related costs.
Returned products must be transported safely and securely. Any damage that occurs during return transportation may affect refund eligibility.
4. Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Original delivery, shipping, financing, setup, documentation, and service fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% depending on the condition of the returned item and associated administrative or transportation costs.
No restocking fee will apply if the return is due to a verified error by Elite Trailer Center.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your trailer or product arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with the claim process, please provide:
Your order number.
Photos of the damage or issue.
A description of the problem.
After verification, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.
7. Cancellations
Trailer orders may be canceled before processing or shipment, subject to applicable fees and manufacturer policies.
Custom-built, special-order, or modified trailers may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
