Order Cancellations
At Elite Trailer Center, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before processing or shipment are generally eligible for a full refund, while orders already in production or shipped may be subject to additional terms outlined below.
Custom & Special-Order Trailers
Trailers that are custom-built, special-ordered, or modified to your specifications may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. A deposit or partial payment may be non-refundable in these cases, as materials and labor are committed early in the build process.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your trailer order. If you cancel before your order enters production, your deposit will be refunded according to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Once production begins, deposits may become non-refundable.
Cancellations After Shipment
If your trailer has already shipped or been delivered, cancellation requests will be treated as a return and are subject to our return policy, including any applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, or inspection requirements.

To cancel or modify an order, please contact our team directly with your order details as soon as possible. The sooner we hear from you, the more options we have to accommodate your request.
