By visiting elitetrailercenter.com (the "Site"), browsing our inventory, or purchasing a trailer from Elite Trailer Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use this Site or place an order with us.
About This Website
This Site is operated by Elite Trailer Center. We use it to share information about the trailers we have available, including specs, photos, and pricing. We work hard to keep this information accurate and up to date, but details can change without notice.
Before making a trip to see a trailer in person, we recommend confirming current availability and pricing with our team on WhatsApp or by phone.
Pricing & Availability
All prices shown on this Site are subject to change without notice and don't always include taxes, title, registration, or delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
- A trailer isn't reserved for you until a deposit or full payment has been confirmed by our team.
- Photos are representative — actual color, accessories, or condition may vary slightly from what's shown.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or decline an order at our discretion.
Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed online, by phone, or via WhatsApp. Reserving a specific trailer typically requires a deposit, with the remaining balance due before pickup or delivery unless we've agreed to other arrangements in writing.
We accept cash, major debit and credit cards, certified checks, and approved third-party financing. (Edit this list to match the payment methods you actually accept.)
Deposits may become non-refundable once a trailer has been reserved, ordered, or customized on your behalf — see Section 7 for details on cancellations.
Shipping & Pickup
Shipping, delivery, and pickup options are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated delivery times are our best estimate, not a guarantee, and can be affected by carrier schedules, weather, or other events outside our control.
Once your trailer has been handed to a shipping carrier or picked up from our lot, responsibility for it transfers to you.
Warranties
Many of our trailers come with a manufacturer's warranty. That warranty is provided and honored by the manufacturer according to their own terms — not by Elite Trailer Center directly.
We'll walk you through what's covered before you buy. Beyond the manufacturer's warranty, we don't offer any additional warranty unless it's specifically agreed to in writing at the time of sale.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because trailers are large, titled items, cancellation requests are reviewed case by case. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
- Deposits on in-stock trailers may be refundable, minus any costs we've already incurred (prep work, transport booking, financing fees, etc.).
- Deposits on special-order or custom-built trailers are generally non-refundable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.
Intellectual Property
Everything on this Site — text, photos, logos, and design — belongs to Elite Trailer Center or our licensors. Please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.
Limitation Of Liability
Elite Trailer Center isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or from the purchase, delivery, or use of a trailer — including delays, lost time, or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (Edit this if your business is registered in a different state.) Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in our home county and state.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use this Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
